In case of single live interactions and Consultancy, the following expenses will be charged to the clients and conference venue organizers:
VISA EXPENSES/CHARGES…… (PAYMENT IN ADVANCE)
TRANSPORT COSTS FROM LUGANO TO THE NEAREST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT…… (REIMBURSEMENT WITH INVOICE/RECEIPT WITHIN 30 DAYS)
RETURN INTERNATIONAL AIR-FAIR TICKETS – 2nd. Class- TO FINAL DESTINATION. (CARRIER TO BE CHOSEN BY MBC)….. (PAYMENT IN ADVANCE).
TRANSPORT PICK & DROP AIRPORT TO VENUE TO HOTEL AT CLIENTS’S EXPENSE/ ALTERNATIVELY TAXI EXPENSES WILL BE INVOICED TO CLIENT (REIMBURSEMENT 30 DAYS)
IN THE CASE OF CONSULTANCY: THE CLIENT WILL PAY FOR FOOD & LODGING CHARGES AT A 5* HOTEL (ALL EXPENSES INCLUDED)….. (PAYMENT IN ADVANCE)
IN THE CASE OF CONFERENCE INTERACTIONS: THE VENUE ORGANIZER (IF A UNIVERSITY) WILL PROVIDE ON-CAMPUS FOOD & LODGING…. (PAYMENT IN ADVANCE)
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE.
ALL CLIENTS WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH MBC
MBC RESERVES THE RIGHT THE CHANGE/MODIFY THIS LIST OF HONORARIUM FEES.
