Through the design and delivery of learning and development projects for universities, business schools and in-house training, he has been able to deliver significant performance improvement and generate organizational cultural change in a variety of sectors internationally. He is a self-motivated and very flexible individual with proven ability to work at all levels in an international context. He is particularly able to improve the cooperation between units within an organization boosting the cross-selling of products and services and transforming the corporate culture of client firms and organisations. As an experienced management coach, he is used to anticipate the impacts of all decisions ensuring deliverable results not only match but exceed the expectations of the client.
